People who click a tracked link

Our customers use the service to measure clicks on their links. For each click we record:

• Date and time
• IP address, and approximate country, region and city looked up from it
• Browser, operating system, device type, browser language and full user agent
• The referring page
• The tracking URL and any parameters on it
• The destination URL and a random click ID

We use this to show customers reports about their own links, and to detect automated traffic and abuse. The customer who created the link decides why it is measured, and acts as the data controller for that data. We process it on the customer's behalf. Customers can see report figures and click records, but their exports do not include IP addresses.

Customers

For people with a login we store the login ID, a hashed password, and a record of changes made in the account. We use this to run the account and keep it secure.

Website visitors

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting server may process your IP address to deliver pages. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you view a page.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the customer who owns the link, with providers who run our infrastructure, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep data

Click records and account data are kept while the customer's account is active, and are deleted when the customer asks us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. If your data came from a click on a customer's link, we may pass your request to that customer. Email dhananjaybansal28@gmail.com.
